Workin' and Playin'

Last week our water pump stopped working and we ended up staying at Eddie and Bernie's for two nights. Jesse and Eddie have worked on it and got us water but the pressure is terrible. They keep trying to figure out what the problem is and today they went to Pocatello to pick up something that will hopefully fix the problem. It's so frustrating thinking that each time they do something it is going to fix the problem and then it doesn't. We have all spent time out there trying to get it working and this has really made me grateful that we do have indoor plumbing and even more grateful when the plumbing works. My fingers are crossed that today will solve the problem.

I have been trying to think of fun things do to with Atreyu lately and the other day I made him some "glasses" out of pipe cleaners. He thought they were so funny and loved looking at himself in the mirror.


He is growing up so fast! I ask him what's in my tummy and he tells me "baby". He also tells me it is going to be a girl. He loves babies right now but that might change when we have our own baby here all the time. We might go in this week for fun and find out what the baby is. I am very excited!

Valentine's Day

During the day, Atreyu and I took Jesse some chocolates and cards for Valentine's at work but we didn't get to see him because he was so busy. Jesse brought me some flowers, chocolates and a card when he came home and last Friday night/Saturday morning we were in Pocatello and he and Josh got Breaking Dawn for me and Kim. I was pretty spoiled for Valentine's.

When Jesse got home I had a gift for him to open and we also had one for Atreyu. I gave Jesse an ISU hoodie and Atreyu got a stuffed Elmo, an Elmo book and a little box of chocolates from us and a bunch of valentine's and some candy from Grandma and Grandpa.


We then had stromboli for dinner (which Jesse requested) and cheesecake for dessert. We had Eddie and Bernie come eat with us and I think we all had a wonderful Valentine's Day. I love spending time with my sweet, little family!

Cookies and Dancing

Yesterday Atreyu and I decided that we should make some cookies and take them to Dad at work. He was a pretty good helper mixing everything together. He was really funny...he kept saying, "Da-e's cooookies" or daddy's cookies. He's constantly talking and, for the most part, I really enjoy it. He also loves to play under the kitchen table with the puppies. Once some of the cookies were out of the oven, I let him have one and he ate it under the table and covered his face in chocolate.


Today I have been trying to get a bunch of cleaning done. I had the Mamma Mia soundtrack on and I looked over at Atreyu and he was rocking out to the music. He loves dancing and just randomly starts doing it. He is so much fun (except the major attitude he is developing).
