More Friends

My kids are blessed to be able to spend a lot of time with their friends. I love that I'm able to get to know these kids as well as they almost always are hanging out at our house.

I got to watch Cambria and her friend, Kristina, sing in their choir concert. They did such an amazing job! I'm so glad my kids have such great friends.

Disney Easter Decor

Since Krystle and I had so much fun making our Christmas wreaths, we decided it would probably be just as fun to make a spring one and we were right. We made these darling Minnie Mouse wreaths. We had our friend, Jessica, join us as well as her daughter, Izzy, and Cambria and Mai. I also tried out my Cricut to make Easter signs and I am absolutely in love with how they turned out. 

Afterward, we had a movie night where Jessica and Krystle got some snuggles with my littles.

St Patrick's Day

We don't really do much to celebrate St Patrick's Day. I like to decorate, and I give the kids little cauldrons filled with gold coins to they can each have a "pot of gold." I usually try to make sure they have something green to wear that day but apparently, I dropped the ball for Atreyu this year. Thank goodness he's old enough that he really didn't care.

Breakfast at Velvet Grill

A few years ago, we found this really delicious restaurant in Modesto called The Velvet Grill and Creamery. They basically just make a bunch of different comfort foods which is probably why I like it so much. We decided to have breakfast there the other day and it was so tasty! Jesse is not much of a pancake person but he loves the ones there so much he actually chooses those over French toast or waffles.

Celtic Faire

I love going to the Celtic Faire every year. We all have so much fun looking around the different shops, eating yummy food, listening to good music, and watching all the different entertainment. This year we brought Brendan Lockwood, Isabella Foster, and Mai Huynh with us. It was rainy for a lot of the day (thank goodness for ponchos and umbrellas), and on the way home, one of the main roads was covered with water. It was a bit scary driving through it but thank goodness we were all safe and everyone had a fun time.

My Boys

I love it when my bigs play with my littles. Cambria plays with Cosette quite often but because Magnus is so small, Atreyu doesn't play with him a lot but when he does, they both have so much fun and it makes my mama heart happy.

Makeup

As part of my esthetician class, there is a makeup chapter. I don't care much about makeup but I practiced  on Cambria for fun. It's not a service I will ever offer but it's fun to play around. 

Fundraiser

The Young Men and Young Women had a luau style fundraiser with a delicious dinner that we were able to attend. As per usual, I almost completely forgot to take pictures, but I did get one of me and my bestie, Krystle. She has become such a blessing to me. She and her family make staying here in California worth it.
