Lego Christmas Village

Last year I started the tradition of getting a new Lego set at Christmas time to create our own unique Christmas village. We went all out last year and got the Harry Potter Diagon Alley set and this year we added the Hogsmeade Village set to it. I love them and even though they already take up quite a bit of space, I'm excited to continue adding to them.

Santa

We are going to be pretty busy in December, so I decided to take the kids to see Santa a little bit early. I love to take the kids to Ramos Country Corner since they have it decorated so nicely and there is never much of a line. Atreyu no longer thinks visiting Santa is cool, but I made him come along with us. None of the kids wanted to sit on his lap this year but they all did tell him what they wanted.

Crafting with Krystle

My good friend, Krystle, is about to have a birthday so, naturally, we had so do something crafty to celebrate. We went to Hobby Lobby a couple weeks ago and picked out items to make a Disney Christmas wreath. I am in love with how they turned out. Cambria and Mai even joined us for a bit.

Thanksgiving 2022

The kids and I spent Thanksgiving at the Huynhs this year while Jesse was working. They had some of their family and other friends there also. I'm thankful for this family who has taken us in here in California and made us their family. Cosette helped me make rolls for dinner. She did a great job!

School Awards

Atreyu and Cambria are such wonderful students. They both are on the Honor Roll this trimester each with a 4.0. Cambria received the SOAR-ing student award and Atreyu received a SOAR-ing scholar award. We also learned that his nickname in class is "The Human Calculator." I'm so proud of these hardworking kids of mine.

Lounging with the Babies

I love lazy days when I can just lounge around and snuggle my babies. I feel like most of our days are not like this, but I enjoy the ones that are.
