Iron Maiden

Atreyu had the opportunity to go to his first concert with Jesse. They went with Brandon and Ezra Sill and Chuck Phillips to see Iron Maiden. They said the performance was incredible! They were both so excited when they got home, and they had a lot of stories to tell. I love how they enjoy spending time together.

Just Look How Cute

I just had to put these cute pictures on the blog of these kids having fun together. Honestly, seeing your kids play and have fun together is one of the best feelings ever!

Women's Conference

I had a wonderful time at the stake women's conference with my good friend, Krystle, and her mom. We heard some wonderful, uplifting messages which helped me to want to be better. We did some macramé and ate yummy food. I may or may not have had two of churros. Poor Krystle broke her foot a couple weeks ago, so she gets to wear a boot for a while. I'm so thankful for her and her friendship. It's so great to have a close friend here in California.

Spirit Halloween

Spirit Halloween has yet again come to grace is with its presence. The kids and I all love Halloween. Once school starts, I start getting all excited for Halloween every year. We made a trip to the store, and these were some of the masks the kids had fun with.

Magnus was hiding from me the other day, and this is where I found him. He's too cute!

Missionaries

We were blessed to have some of the missionaries who had previously served in our ward come back to town when our friend, Chuck Phillips, went through the temple to receive his endowments. They joined him there and then came to church in our ward the next day. It was so special to see them again and hear the things that are happening in their lives.

Family Picture

My friend, Sara Roncarati, texted me this picture she drew of our family. I was such a fun surprise! I framed it and hung it on a wall upstairs. I love when others share their talents with me. 

Norma's 50th Birthday

I've had the opportunity to learn some Polynesian dances with the Tuugas from our ward. They teach classes every week. Norma Afre, also from the ward, wanted a Polynesian party for her 50th birthday. With lots of practice, I was able to perform with her and some other amazing ladies. It was so much fun and I'm excited to learn more.

Oh Magnus

Magnus is the most snuggly child we have had but he is also the most "get into it" one as well. He cannot be left unattended for long without him getting into something. He's such a fun little guy but he can also drive you a bit crazy! We sure do love him, though.
