There's a little three year old girl here at the RV park that Cambria likes playing with. She came over the other day and the two of them had a tea party with soda and crackers. I love that Cambria loves to do all the girly things but has no problem getting dirty and playing rough with the boys.
The pool has been closed on and off recently but now it seems that they've got all the issues fixed. The kids like to go swimming as often as they can. I got them this tube and they had so much fun playing together pretending it was a motor boat as they kicked their legs. I love listening to them laugh and play together!

Diesel
We have been so blessed the past 10 years to have the best dog. Diesel loves everyone and wants to be included in everything. He puts up with Cambria laying on him and he loves it when the kids take him to the dog park. Since we started traveling, he hasn't had many opportunities to run free. He has to be on a leash almost everywhere. I let him outside one day and when I went out to get him I couldn't figure out where he was. I discovered that he had gotten tangled up with the neighbor's dogs under the RV.
If we are in our bedroom and Diesel wants attention or wants to go outside he sticks his head in the door. He sat there like this for a full good minute while I was busy before I had a chance to give him attention.
Diesel is just such a good puppy. I don't know what we will do when he passes on but I am thankful for all the time we have had with him.

More San Francisco Adventures
We decided to take another trip to San Francisco since there is so much to see there. Ever since I showed the kids pictures of me and Jesse and the Oakland Temple they have wanted to go as well. We stopped by there and the kids loved that they were able to walk on top of the temple on the beautiful terrace. We walked through the temple grounds and the visitor center. I love the spirit that I feel just being on the temple grounds. I feel so blessed that we are able to share it with our children.
Then we went back to Golden Gate Park to the Japanese Tea Gardens. It was such a beautiful escape in the middle of the city.
The whole day Cambria begged to go to the beach. We went to Crissy Field by the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz again and we were lucky enough to see humpback whales which normally don't come into the bay. It was such an awesome experience.
For dinner we ate at another place in Japantown. Atreyu has developed quite the taste for seafood. He loves it and Jesse loves that he now has someone to enjoy it with.
Speaking of seafood, we went to an Italian place in Modesto and Atreyu enjoyed some more squid. He loves the tentacles!

Lost Teeth
Atreyu lost one of his top front teeth a few weeks ago and then lost the other one just a couple days ago. I love his toothless grin!
I just love this boy. He always tells me how much he loves me and he makes me feel so special. He has such a good heart. One thing I don't understand is how he'll complain about eating beef stroganoff but he has no problem eating shrimp and squid tentacles. Such a funny kid!

All Pretty
Cambria wanted curly hair for church but she didn't want to sleep in curlers. Since we don't have church until 1, I put curlers in her hair in the morning and she loved how she looked in them.
I took the curlers out and we got her all ready for church. She is such a beautiful little girl. I love that she is my girly tomboy.

San Francisco
We took the kids to the California Academy of Sciences Museum in San Francisco. We were able to explore a rainforest, fly like pteradons, study some gems, see some beautiful fish, and watch an amazing presentation on the universe in a planetarium, all at the museum. It was so fun and I wished they would have stayed open longer.
We then headed over to Crissy Park and got a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Just like on every other beach we go to, the kids had fun collecting shells.
We have been promising to get the kids some "face" ice cream so we went to Japantown, had some delicious dinner and then got ice cream. They were yummy crepes filled with our choice of chocolate, whipped cream, and more and topped with ice cream.
