Baby Snuggles

Out of all my kids, Magnus is the only one who makes me sit down and snuggle with him. He basically demands that I sit so he can climb up in my lap. I appreciate that he makes me take that time as he is my last baby, and we all know how quickly they grow up. Cosette always like to some snuggle with us, too.

The Deathly Hallows

I've seen a few pictures of Deathly Hallow wreaths that people have made, and it made me want to make one, too. Naturally, Cambria wanted to join me, and we love how these simple wreaths turned out. The branches on Cambria's are ones that we found on a tree in our yard.

Cali Registration

The state of California finally caught up with us and made us register our vehicle. Since we have our home in Idaho, we just kept our registration there. The littles got to spend part of the day with me at the DMV. Even though I made an appointment, we still had to wait a while and I found out while we were there that I had to take a written test to get my license. I failed the first attempt but passed with flying colors the second. Because the littles were so good while we were waiting, we stopped at McDonald's for lunch. They are just too cute!

Spirit Halloween

We always get excited when Spirit Halloween comes to town every August. From the moment Cambria heard that it was here, she has begged me to take her. When it was just the two of us out the other day, we went and had fun looking around. Halloween is one of all of our favorite holidays and its fun looking around coming up with ideas for costumes.

We also went another day with her friend, Kristina.

Happy 11th Birthday, Cambria!

My first girl is officially 11 years old. Cambria loves to have fun! She loves spending any free time she can with her friends, she loves shopping, animals, Harry Potter, and Stranger Things. She is great at helping take care of the littles (when she's not teasing them) and she loves to spend time with me especially when I have girl nights. This year Cambria requested a Harry Potter party. She had a few friends come over and they had a blast making potions.

After the party, we met up with the Lockwoods to watch the new Ninja Turtles movie.

Back to School

The kids have started another school year. Cambria was pretty unimpressed that the first day was on her birthday. I enjoy that we get a few extra breaks during the school year here in California, but I really dislike that the summer break is only two months long. Atreyu and Cambria are as excited to start school again as any kids their age. They are both such good students and I'm proud of all their hard work.

While the big kids were at school, the littles and I went for a bike ride and stopped at a fun park.

Silly Magnus

Magnus fell asleep behind the couch the other day. He refuses to take naps and then falls asleep in strange places.
