Cambria was able to go to a ballet camp for a week which she absolutely loved. She's being wanting to be in ballet for a few months but we weren't able to get her into classes until this camp and then classes once a week this fall. She had so much fun learning different positions and meeting some of the other girls. I thought ballet might be too structured for her but she was very focused and took it all very seriously. I loved watching the look on her face as she concentrated to do exactly as her teacher instructed. I'm excited for her to start classes this fall and I hope she enjoys them as much as she did this "Princess Camp."
Addendum 8/18/2018 - Cambria was moved up into the older class in gymnastics and she decided she would rather do that than ballet. It made me a little sad because she was so cute in her ballet outfit but it works out better. The Christmas recital is December 7 and I'll have just had the baby a week before. I told her if she changed her mind, she could start ballet in January.

Happy 4th of July
I thought Jesse was going to have to work on the 4th this year so I was pleasantly surprised to see he had the day off as well as the day after. We had a fun 4th but the picture below is the only one I have to document our day. We were invited to two different families homes. We first went to the Kempers and the kids had a blast swimming in their pool for a couple hours. Then we went to the Wrights where they grilled some delicious burgers and hot dogs for us. The kids were able to swim again and after dinner we lit off some fireworks. Being in California we were very limited on our firework choices but we enjoyed them nonetheless.
