Enjoying the Cutie Puppy

We are all loving having Lexi here with us. She is such a sweet, snuggly little thing who always wants to be loved.

Thanksgiving

All of Jesse's family was together in Bern for Thanksgiving but before we got there, we all met in Provo to go through the temple with our nephew, Enoch. It was such a sweet experience and I'm so thankful we were able to be there and support him. The next day we headed to Bern where we enjoyed great company and amazing food. My mom and Luigi were able to come for a couple days. They cut the trip a bit short since there was a cold bug going around and they didn't want Luigi to catch anything before his surgery the next week. We also found out that the Taylors are planning to move to El Salvador for 5-6 months so Seth can help start up a new office for Angel Studios down there. Since they were going to be gone so long, they needed someone to watch Alora's morkie, Lexi. Cambria has been wanting a dog and we figured this would be a good test for her, so we came back home with a tiny little three-year-old dog that looks like a puppy. Cambria is in heaven.

Another Craft

I ordered some cute crafts from this website that I like called Thoughts in Vinyl. We had a fun craft day with some of my friends. These are the ones that Cambria, Cosette, and I made. 

This same day, Cosette thought it was a great idea to sit up on her dresser and she insisted that I take a picture of her.

These Boys

I love when Atreyu takes the time to play with Magnus. Atreyu had to wait nearly 11 years to get a brother and while they may not have a lot of the same interests at this time, they sure do have fun when they play together. It makes my mom heart happy.

Another Good Bye

This time we said goodbye to Elder Reagan, and we are getting the chance to know Elder Riding. Elder Reagan was recently able to get Magnus to warm up to him and give him knuckles whenever they saw each other.

Licensed Esthetician

Yesterday I drove to Sacramento to take my state board test. I was a little nervous, but I felt pretty confident. I made sure to read and reread each question and I had plenty of time that I was able to go over the entire test a couple of times. I finished with about 15-20 minutes left when I hit submit. I went out found that I passed. I'm so excited to move forward with this new career.

Happy Halloween

We took Jack and Mai Huynh trick-or-treating with us this year and we also met up with Cambria's Russian friend, Kristina, and her family and took them around as well. Trick-or-treating is something they don't do in Russia. As much as I don't want to like California, I do love that there is always warmer weather for Halloween. All the kids had fun going out, but they were all ready to be done walking within about an hour or so. I think they all made a pretty good haul.
