Atreyu's Board Game

Atreyu had to make a board game for school which he was working on with another student but they made it way too in depth and they weren't going to be able to finish it on time. So over a weekend I helped Atreyu make a more simple game. It's based off of The Lord of the Rings and it turned out great! He was really frustrated that the other one didn't work out but he was very happy with this one. All the kids in his class loved playing it.

Fall Wreath

I love the fall! It is my absolute, most favorite time of the year. Cambria and I decided to make a fall wreath together so we headed to the dollar store to see what we could find. We got everything but the truck (which we found at Dollar General) there and Cambria was such a great help putting it all together. Atreyu gave some ideas and Jesse suggested painting the truck, which was originally white. He also gave the pumpkins a bit more color and detail and I love how it turned out.

Elders

I love having the opportunity to have the missionaries come over for dinner and to get to know them. We've enjoyed getting to know Elders Caylor and Ruebush and we're going to miss them as they are getting transferred. It was a wonderful surprise when they stopped by to say goodbye to us before they headed out. I hope that when my children serve missions, they are treated as well as the missionaries are that are part of this ward.

My Cute Littles

It's different being at home with just Cosette and Magnus while Atreyu and Cambria are at school. It's fun to spend time with them. I love being around and watching these kids grow. Our neighbor, Mai, gave Cosette this car which Cosette hasn't quite figured out how to drive on her own. 

Cosette was playing outside with the girls and as she tried to climb on the hammock with them she fell and totally biffed her lip and chin. I feel so bad for her but she's dealing with it pretty well.
