Happy 20th Anniversary

Jesse and I have been married for twenty years. Sometimes it feels like we have been together forever and other times it feels like we just started dating. I am so thankful that I get to call him mine forever. Jesse is such a good example to me of ministering. He serves when he can and reaches out to those he feels need a visit. He is so good at talking with anyone. He is so patient with me especially with all my mood swings as well as when I'm constantly inviting people over. I love his big heart and that he tries to make me feel special. I love watching him play with the kids and just be a part of our family. We have had our ups and downs, but I am forever grateful that I get to do this life with him. I love you infinity much!

Pumpkins

This year we decided to paint pumpkins instead of carving them. I like to carve them so that we can have lit up jack-o-lanterns on Halloween but since we get such few trick-or-treaters as well as the fact that the pumpkins start rotting so quickly once carved, I decided to go along with Krystle's idea and paint them. It was so much easier, and the clean-up was so much quicker. I loved all the kids' creativity. We're definitely going to do it again.

Dutch Hollow Farms

We went to Dutch Hollow Farms with Izzy, Honesty and the Lockwoods. Magnus and Matthew loved the tractors! All the kids picked out a pumpkin and since they didn't cost by the pound, Atreyu and Cambria chose the biggest ones they could find. We shared a funnel cake and some kettle corn before heading home.
