We took a trip back home so we could put a new septic tank in at our house. There wasn't anything wrong with the old one but when it was put in it wasn't meant to be permanent and we wanted to replace it before we did have issues. Being over seven months pregnant, I wasn't expected to help at all. Eddie and John Paul along with our friend Ammon, helped us so much and we are forever grateful for them. Atreyu and Cambria even pitched in and helped a bit too.
While they worked, I cleaned out stuff from the crawl space under our house. That wasn't very good for my back but I cleaned basically everything out and stored it in the bins with the rest of the stuff from our house. Cambria helped me for a bit and then she decided to catch grasshoppers instead.
I was able to take the kids on a four-wheeler ride and I also went for a ride with Jesse. It was nice to get away with him for even just a few minutes. I love the peace and quiet that is in Bern and I am still looking forward to being able to move back home one day.
Jesse and I went to the temple with my mom and Eddie and Bernie while Tim waited outside and the kids went to a birthday party for one of Olivia Harper's girls. They had fun and we had a wonderful time at the temple. I love the peace that I feel at the temple and anytime I go, I leave wanting to be a better person and more fully live up to the covenants that I have made.
After the party, Olivia took the kids to the Fall Festival at AJ Winters. They played games and had their faces painted.
While we were home, Jesse's sisters and their families came up to visit us. The kids love their cousins so much and I felt so special when I walked in and all my nieces and nephews were so excited to see me. They all ran up and gave me hugs. I am so thankful for families and the knowledge that we can be together forever. Naturally, once all the family was there, I forgot to take pictures except for this darling one of Atreyu and Sydney.
