Last Day of Nursery

My last baby had his last day of nursery. These kids grow up too fast! He actually didn't want to go but his sweet nursery leaders brought a gingerbread house for him to decorate and that made him excited to stay. 

Secret Santa

Krystle, Raquel, Jessica, Nicole, Amanda, and I planned a Secret Santa/Cookie Exchange party for us and the kids. Krystle hosted the party and had some fun games that the kids went crazy for. We had a lot of different cookies to choose from as well as some tasty fudge. The kids all loved giving each other their gifts. I'm so thankful for these families that I'm blessed to have in my life.

Harry Potter Sugar Cookies

I found a Harry Potter sugar cookie kit on clearance and when I brought it home, Cambria and Izzy wanted to build it. The frosting was a bit difficult to work with and the cookies kept breaking but they still did a good job.

Christmas

I was so busy on Christmas that I didn't take many pictures, but we all had a great day. Our kids are good to us and never wake up too early. They were all happy with their gifts.

We had turkey with mashed potatoes, ham and funeral potatoes, tri-tip, and homemade rolls for our Christmas dinner. It was all so delicious and took up most of my day preparing it all, but it was worth it. We were blessed to share part of the day with Elder Andersen and Elder Cook.

Six Flags

The Lockwoods have the tradition of going to Six Flags every year on Christmas Eve and we joined them this year. The season passes were on sale so we decided to get them so that we could go all year long. Cosette is getting almost tall enough to ride most the rides but not all of them. The park was pretty empty, and we hardly had to wait in any lines. They had a tree lighting and the whole park felt very Christmasy. They even had a mini bubble machine that made it look like it was snowing. It was a fun way to bring in Christmas.

Family Christmas

I love to get the family new clothes to wear for Christmas Sunday and Easter and then I always have to get a picture. The missionaries took our family picture but didn't make sure Magnus put his tie down. At least we are able to see his face in the picture with the missionaries.

Santa

It's become a tradition for me to take the kids to what is now called Ramos' Country Corner every year to see Santa. The decorations may be the same every year, but they are darling. I'm going to miss this place when we move back to Idaho.
