The Lind Family Reunion

A few weeks ago we were able to go up to Montana for the Lind Family Reunion.  I love going to our reunions.  We have a big, crazy family and I love all of them.  We first drove up to my Uncle's cabin on Placid Lake and stayed the night there.  Atreyu wanted to go swimming as soon as we got there.  We let him play in the water and put Cambria in a little too.

The next day, we drove over to Florence for my little sister's baby shower and then that evening the reunion started in Florence.  We had some good food, the kids got to play at an awesome park and then we had some good entertainment.  Each family had to put something together and it was pretty funny.  Here's a picture of my Uncle Corey and his son Tyler.

We headed back up to the cabin that night.  Cambria started teething again while we were there and that night she cried for like two hours and she would not go to sleep.  I felt so bad for her and for everyone else that was sleeping at the cabin that night.  She is always a good sleeper to it was so strange for her to act that way.  She slept a lot of the next day.  Atreyu had fun playing in the lake and with his cousins.  They made sand castles and ran around with each other all day.

On Sunday, we headed over to Helena to go to church in my parents' ward.  Cambria started fevering that day so she wasn't too happy.  I kept telling my mom that Cambria is usually so friendly and happy but the dang teeth made her so miserable.  She still let Grammie love on her some.  That evening Grammie pulled out a bunch of spray bottles for the kids and they all had a water fight with Grammie and Papa.  They had so much fun running around and screaming.  Jesse and Eli eventually joined in for a little while.  Jesse would only spray Eli and then run back into the house.  Eli's kids thought it was fun to spray him so he was getting wet from every direction.

The next day, all the girls had pedicures done.  We sat in really nice massaging chairs and had our feet rubbed.  It was wonderful!  Cambria came with us and she liked putting her feet in the water but she thought she needed to sit in the water so she would get upset when i wouldn't let her.  The boys went to Eli's parents' house and played together there.

On Tuesday we headed home.  Poor Cambria still had a fever.  She slept for most of the drive but she was rather unhappy at one point.  Other than that, it was a good drive.
I love being able to spend time with my family.  I would go up there and visit much more often if I had the time and money to do so.  It was a great trip and I loved being able to visit my very favorite place on earth...
