Leaving Washington Part 1

Since Jesse wasn't able to extend his contract in Washington, he took a position in Modesto, CA and we left Washington at the end of January.

I really miss the area and the people but it's nice to be in a warmer area (even though it has been raining a ton). Jesse thought it would be fun to make a trip of our drive down to California so we drove a lot of the way along the Oregon coast. We stopped at Cannon Beach for the night and did some exploring. It was so beautiful but a little chilly.

The next day we got up and went to Hug Point which was just a little ways down the road. There was a little waterfall right on the beach and some cool caves.
