Quarantine Activities

Because of the coronavirus, school has been postponed until at least April 6. We're all supposed to stay home as much as possible and only go out for necessities. This means we have to find things to do here at home. Sometimes the kids are really good at keeping themselves entertained and other times they need some help. The other day I was laying out on the hammock talking on the phone with my mom when Atreyu comes out dressed like this. I love his creativity and imagination. He always has some fun plan or idea going on in his mind.
I thought it would be fun to get the kids a bounce house for all our days stuck at home but they really only liked it for the first hour or so and then they didn't care much for it. Atreyu and Cambria are just getting too big and they wanted something bigger so I sent it back.
One day we went for a bike ride and had a picnic near the park since we are currently not allowed to play on the playground equipment. Cosette even enjoys going on a bike ride in her little trailer.
Another day, we had lunch at a different park and the kids had fun climbing a tree.
Cambria's Activity Day leader, Sister Haroldsen, brought Cambria this nice picture of the first vision for Cambria to color and then put in her window. I think she did a great job!
